We are happy to provide our images in full-resolution in exchange for a premium membership in EMCram.com We have an annual fee of $20 that gives you full access to the high-resolution images of EKGs and Xrays. This is key if you are giving a lecture on a large projection screen. A small resolution just won't cut it.

We are currently not setup to accept payment for our services and will be adding this hopfully later in 2007. This means that you cannot download the high-resolution images until then. Please consider creating an account now to prepare. We gather new images daily.
