• EKG Section - EKGs are arranged according to their findings. You may also view random EKGs and make your diagnosis, then click to see the answer.

• Radiology Section - We have assembled an image bank of actual patient encounters that we've arranged for your education and review. You can browse directly, search for specific modalities and anatomic focus, and do a random quiz.

• Lecture Database ( Premium) - This premium service is offered to those who are in need of a presenation. Our lectures have been created by physicians, for physicians. You may purchase all at once, or individually as your needs arise. The lectures are in PowerPoint format and are downloaded directly from the website.

• Case Presentations ( Premium) - Our Case Presentations are an exiciting premium feature that you can enjoy on your iPod, computer, or in your car. Every month we produce a new interesting case presentation and record it in .MP3 or .WMA format. You may buy each individually or subscribe to an annual membership. We do not mail CDs but do offer the files for download.

• Full-Resolution Images ( Premium) - We have high-resolution copies of images displayed on this site. A premium membership will give you access to download high-resolution images of current and future examples.

• Review Questions - The question bank is organized by topic allowing you to direct your study. Brief explanations of each answer choice are available to provide knowledge even on incorrect answers.

• EM Flash Cards - This section is a menu-driven summary of Emergency Medicine. Each topic is summarized as briefly as possible for a quick review. You can sign up to receive a random card via email daily as a quick educational experience.

• ACLS Section - Our Advanced Cardiac Life Support section lists the current ACLS protocols and recommendations and offers an inter-active simulator to help you practice for the real-word environment.

• Forum - The forum is meant to discuss our cases and general topics in Emergency Medicine

Payment for Premium Services

EMCram.com accepts credit cards through a Secured Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. This is the industry standard to protect the privacy of customers and their credit information. We do not store credit information on the site in order to further protect you. Due to credit processing fees, we cannot accept an order less than $3 (three dollars). Any orders for less than this will show up with a supplemental charge in your shopping cart. This extra charge will then reside as a credit on your account which you may use at any time in the future.
