    Anterolateral Ischemia

    Interpretation
This patient has a sinus rhythm with a regular rate of 110. The precordials demonstrate typical changes seen with ischemia: depression of the ST segments most notable in leads V3-V6. The T-waves in these leads, particularly in leads V4 and V5 are slightly hyperacute. Notice also the ST segment depression in I and II. Which coronary artery is involved?

    Interpretation Rating: Not yet rated.
